Now, you can use voice technology to search for items on Bonanza, navigate to help articles, pay your bill, send feedback to Bonanza, or dictate messages to other users. BonanzaVoice is accessible for logged in users via the banner at the top of any page. Simply say what you'd like to do and see instant results.

BonanzaVoice will not do that, but it will optimize your inquiry using PerfectMatchtm to reduce bandwidth used transmitting your question to the voice interpretation backend. Another company taking the human element out of customer service and making you deal with a robot so they can save money and not have to pay real people to help you. Stupid, not going to use it.
Pet Exchange was still your best idea.
As for voice recognition, most smartphones have text to speech software that works even in airplane mode so it’s rather redundant. I can already text to speech search on your site now.

I like the April Fools, but all morning it is taking forever for images to upload and that is the only change I can see with the site that could be affecting it.

All those people complaining about sales. Here’s an idea. Try EBAY. What’s that again? EBAY takes to much of your profit. And that why you’re here? Thought so. Look. I get it. We all want more sales. But we’re paying 9% (sometimes less). Quit complaining so much. EBAY is HUGE and charges HUGE money. Bonanza? Not so much. Do the math.

I don’t know whether this is real or not, but it is not the way I like to shop. I want to wade through the pile looking for my own bargains. The problem with computers and most CEOs is they don’t have a clue when it comes to treasure or bargain hunting. They believe all you have to do is have enough tech stuff and you will be happy.

I ordered something on March 14, 2018 and it still has not gotten here yet. I sent several messages to the seller with no response. I need these things by this weekend and if he is not going to send them I want my money back because they were very expensive.

My first purchase was counterfeit. Not very promising. Hope Bonanza administration is doing something with those type of sellers.
Bonanza is kind of sleeping…this is the time to advertise and take advantage of the declining business we sellers are experiencing on eBay.
After 19 Years on eBay and being an experienced seller my business is down 40%, this is nothing new the eBay decline has been in progress for almost a year now.
I have started listing on Bonanza and only 1 sale is 4 months with what I feel is quality merchandise…
Also, provide phone customer service to your sellers…you will be surprised how many of us sellers would appreciate that and will be more comfortable growing our businesses with you.
