Edit a photo crop not highlighted

OK for my photos sometime I forget to turn the photo around. I usually can change the angle of the photo. The crop botton is not highlighted when it used to be. Why.

If I sold an item and wanted to relist an identical item, how can I just do that without all the fooling around taking new pictures,writing descriptions and so on?

On other sites, the "relist button" will let me do that. Here, when I hit "relist," nothing at all happens. Makes no sense to me. On one site, I can use the "relist" function to relist an item I sold several years ago.
