This has been stored in a cool, dry, pet and smoke free environment since we purchased it. There is cover wear including an 8" diagonal crease along the top left corner of the front cover but has a solid spine and nice interiors. The photo is for identification but you will receive one as described and it is shipped bagged and boarded for its protection.
